I would apply ED to the university that is your first choice, as long as you are sure that it will be affordable.
Just my opinion, but I think that your chances at BU would be very good even if you apply RD.
Make sure that you apply to two safeties, and that you keep your budget in mind. I would avoid debt altogether if you can.
