Chances for Georgia Tech Industrial Engineering

As finals approach so do the decision dates. The wait is killing me, so I just want to hear from everyone on the CC forum for some help. I got an email from GT stating only a portion of transfers are admitted may 2nd. Primary major I selected was Industrial engineering, secondary was Business Administration. Completed all the classes required for Business Administration in high school, for Industrial Engineering I only have to take physics, which I have not yet done. Anyway, its just one class.

Here are the stats (no emotion, the truth of what they are seeing):

About me:
Out of state Biochemistry-pre-med student at Virginia Tech
Georgia in-state student

Why I am applying:
Want to be closer to home to spend more time with family
Want to continue my volunteer work at Northside Hospital in Atlanta

GPA:
High School-Dual Enrollment:
Completed 34 college credit hours senior year of high school-17 hrs both semesters
Made 4.6 GPA-Looks inflated, I know, but trust me I worked my rear off getting this GPA.

Virginia Tech
Made 2.5 GPA-I know its bad but I rough transition
Adversities I had to face: Allergies to eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, selfish/fish, and soy. Had three allergic reactions my first semester because there wasn’t much I could eat both on an off campus. Lost 20 pounds, due to starvation. Meanwhile I had to deal with my personal problems, which for the sake of this forum I will not say. Virginia Tech is still a great school, don’t get me wrong, they have a lot of opportunity. I just had my own separate problems to deal with is all. However, despite all adversity that has happened to me I have always found a way to channel my energy into something constructive (ex: athletics, volunteering, running, blogging, and constructing business plans)

Extra-curricular Activities done/doing:

Motivated to do this from military background in family
Got publicity for the run in Virginia news team
Plan to run another 150 miles for a crowdfunding campaign on Razzo in support of the parents who lost Nicole Lovell from the murders that happened by two Virginia Tech students-Shocking thing is they lived in the same dorm, literally a few floors about me. Starting in May

-Founded Startup company Hydro-Box:
Company that is utilizing hydroponic technology to eventually have the end goal of reducing down costs for organic food, and grow food in contained environments to avoid the use of pesticides.

Essays:
Went through 30 different revisions, and ran them through peer editing sites. People that were reviewing them said they were strong. The essays related to my struggles and triumphs, and tied in to why GT would be a good fit for me. I am willing to PM them to anyone who is interested, but I would like your honest opinion about my chances. Let me know in the section below if you want to see the essays.

What do you think, what are my chances?
