Chances for getting into UNC??? Help Please

I only have a GPA of 3.3/4.0 and 4.2/5.0 and I am in the IB program at my school. I shadow a neurologist and a general practitioner over long weekends and summer of 2010 and school year of 2009 - 2010. I am volunteering at Duke medical hospital and at UNC medical hospital and I am going to Campbell University for a week long pharmaceutical program. I have basically no awards or EC's from my school and weak grades, however the strength of my curriculum is the hardest one out of my whole school especially with IB. I got a 790 on the SAT subject test math level 2 and 720 on chemistry. My act composite score is 31~32. What are my chances of getting into UNC - Chapel Hill? Many more EC's but I listed my major ones.

If you are out of state, then you will not get in.

I forgot to mention, I live in Raleigh, NC. About a 40 min drive to UNC - Chapel Hill from where I live. So I'm in state

How many kids generally go to Carolina from your school? From mine (also IB), we generally have around 50 who get in, but it's incredibly difficult to get in from other schools for some reason.

I go to Enloe HS, don't know if you heard of it. This year i think a moderate number of kids got into Charlotte and about twice as many people got in than from your school. About 100 to 120 kids out of 600 kids got in. Most of them had better GPA's but lower ACT/SAT score and dunno about EC's

Your GPA is low for UNC-CH, which I think has an incoming freshman GPA average of about 3.7-3.8. If your school is that competitive and in-state though, then I'm sure that UNC may recognize its class rigor. Still a reach though.

Plus, you volunteered at a Duke-related facility - yeah, good luck not being chewed inside out by UNC.
