<p>Frankly, I really hate all the business organizations on campus. They seem like the phoniest group of study grinds ever, so I chose not to join any. And I was kind of lazy about doing other EC’s because apparently they only count for 15% of your application. Do I still stand a chance of getting into Haas without a resume? I worked hard in all the pre-reqs.</p>

<p>I just have Econ 1 left and I’m taking it this summer. So I should have all the pre-reqs done with letter grades upon applying.</p>
<p>You have to get at least some ECs or your chances are pretty low. People with 3.8+ GPAs get rejected and I do not know if this is true or not, but supposedly someone with a 4.0 and no ECs got rejected 2 years ago.</p>
<p>If you didn’t like the business organizations on campus, it would have helped greatly to do off-campus activities business-related (jobs, starting own business, etc.).</p>
<p>Your EC does not have to be business related at all. Get involved in some service if your not a fan of business clubs (habitats for humanity, cal corps, berkeley project, etc)</p>
<p>i had a 3.97 gpa going into my app and all i had was a URAP group and SLC tutoring i think ure fine. just join some club ion the fall and apply. ure a sure bet</p>
<p>EC doesn’t mean business organizations, in fact those cookie cutter people who only join business organizations like ABA and FSBC are less desirably looked upon than someone with diverse experiences.</p>
