My dream school is yale, followed by Brown, stanf, cornell, uchicago, rice, amherst, what do you think?
Also if it is relevant I am as middle class as middle class can get, and white (haha).

With your insane debating skills, and other EC’s plus you’re outstanding stats you have a great shot at all of your schools…But I suggest applying to a safety just in case.

Might want to look at Duke and add Holy Cross as a Jesuit college.

looks awesome. you have a legit shot at all of them. maybe look into a couple safeties…the one that comes to mind is michigan - ann arbor. Take a look through schools ranked about 20-30 & pick a couple that you like just to be safe.

but other than that, not much to imrprove there…good luck!

Icefalcon, apply to Michigan-Ann Arbor in September and you will most likely have an acceptance sometime in November. That way, you won’t have to bother with safeties until December…assuming you do not get into Michigan.

Thanks a lot for the help guys. I’ll take that safety issue into consideration, hadn’t thought of that much.

bump- any suggestions on what I should do to get my chances up for a school like yale. also, what are other good safety schools besides michigan? I’m not too familiar with that

I think you’ve got a great chance. Just let your passion for learning shine through on your application. Just remember, there is a lot of chance involved in this, so have some safeties in mind that you would also love to attend. Good luck, but not too much, because I’m a junior, too. (You are a junior, right?)
