Also how fin aid would o get for family income of 18000 for 2 people?

UMich doesn’t consider SATIIs, your ECs aren’t THAT special; but I think that your ACT and situation really makes you a strong candidate.

A strong candidate for the honors program or the college? Can you give me my chances for each?

I think your ECs are fine and you’re a safety for Michigan, a match for Honors. You should get relatively good financial aid, but if aid is really an issue, other good schools may offer more. For example, either UPenn or Harvard (I forget which) automatically gives full tuition to families with an income of less than $40,000, whereas Michigan kind of judges individually.

really? would it help if you did submit SAT II"s?

Yea but what are my chances at getting into UPenn or Harvard? I think its slim to none.
