Chances for Honors program

-Competitive public high school in GA
-I have a 4.13 GPA
-10 honors classes and by the time I graduate I will have 9 APs, although 1 Ap is a directed study (i teach it to myself during 1 period) since they don’t offer it at my school, i don’t know if that will count towards the rigor
-class rank: 60/505

  • SAT: 2150/2400 1440/1600 (670 CR 770 Math 710 W)
  • SAT IIs: 720 US History, 670 Math 1, 630 Spanish
    ECs:
    -1 month community service summer program (about 120 hours) after 10th grade
  • Jr. Civitan club (secretary 11th grade, president, 12th grade, member every year)
  • class council- every year
    -BBYO( jewish youth organization)- every year.
    -treasurer of Peers Against Cancer-9th and 10th
    -NHS-11th and 12th
    -i’ve been involved in other clubs, but those are the main ones
    -had a job at AE this year & will work there next year
    -National Merit Letter of Commendation
    -AP Scholar with honor</p>

<p>Nevermind, I see you’re an AP Scholar with Honor. I think you have a fairly good shot, at -least- an average chance like everybody else. I would, however, not say you would be automatically accepted.</p>
