Okay, so this isn’t a regular chance me thread. I’ve tagged onto a couple threads wondering about how much late materials affect your chances. First off, my English teacher kept forgetting to send in his rec, which I didn’t know about until he told me the other day. So that has just been sent in, 2 weeks late. Also, I double checked everything else and apparently my school report didn’t go through. So, my school report and English recommendations are coming 2 weeks late. How much will this penalize me? I’ve contacted all the schools, but Andover, and they say that they will still accept it. But, Andover says that they will not accept materials after the end of January for regular decision. I didn’t actually talk to someone, it was on their automatic reply. I am going to call as soon as possible, but do you know how strict they are about this? I really don’t want to be moved to the late decision pool. Thanks for any insight.

send it now, it takes schools a while to process things.

Yeah everything should be postmarked by Monday, but do you think this will hurt me?
