<p>I graduated last year and will finish a one-year masters degree by the end of this summer. I received a fellowship to do independent research abroad next year and was thinking that, rather than go to law school immediately afterwards, I wanted to do something non-academic. Would I be at a disadvantage in applying to the top 10 law schools 3 years out of undergrad at age 25?</p>
