What are my chances at any of these schools? I’m an international student (latin south america, underrepresented country if that matters), undergraduate in civil with a few years of work experience in both civil and transportation. Final thesis related to the field
Cumulative GPA: 2.7
Mayor GPA: 3.3 did many electives on transportation focused courses and got all A’s
Last 60 credits: 3.8
I literally barely studied my first few years at college and then quit entirely due to work a few times, recently rejoined and Aced pretty much all the classes i had left.
Keep in mind that this was a 5 year undergraduate program/1 year thesis that required 300+ credits to graduate. I’m now 31 years old
I can easily get letters of recommendation from top professionals in the field from my country. How well do i have to do on the GRE if there’s any chance at all. English language or TOEFL is not a concern.
This is the list of schools, i know many of them state at least 3.0 cGPA
- UC Berkeley
- Northwestern
- University of Texas at Austin
- Purdue
- Arizona State University
- NYU Tandem
- University of Southern California
- University of Michigan
- University of Wisconsin - Madison
Thanks in advance!
