<p>Hello, thanks in advance for any replies. I am a white male in an accredited private distance learning HS, graduating in the class of 2014, and am asking about my chances as a business school (marketing) major at the following schools:</p>

Florida State (legacy at this school, parents+grandparents)

University of Georgia (in state) </p>
<p>GPA 4.0 scale: 3.73 (unweighted) 3.81 (weighted) my school does not offer AP/IB but I take all honors courses they offer, thus the most difficult courseload available and have made all A’s 2nd semester Sophomore year and all of Junior year. </p>
<p>Class Rank: not reported (until graduation)</p>
<p>ACT: 28 (without writing) 27 (with writing), 29 (superscored), highest essay score of 8
SAT: 1880 (superscored) 1870 (regular) 1270 (CR+M) highest essay score of 7</p>
<p>Extracurriculars:
3 honor societies (NSHSS, Mu Eta Sigma (homeschool math honor society), homeschool honor society)
4 years+ of political group and campaign experience including leadership roles with NAACP, local Democratic party and a Presidential Campaign.
2 years as a published, credentialed sports journalist, including onsite coverage of sporting events as a member of the credentialed media.
2 years of human rights activist group experience, including groups such as Human Rights Watch. Some of my activities were covered in a published magazine article and book.
1 year as an assistant on a notable lawsuit brought by an activism group.</p>
<p>recommendations, if needed, would include my superiors with those extracurricular activities, as well as elected officials. </p>
