Hello, I am a Swedish male and I would like to apply to the US.
I’ve been doing the IB system and currently I have a 35 predicted with the following subjects:
HL English Lang/Lit = 7
HL Business and Management = 7
HL Psychology = 7
SL Physics = 4
SL Maths Standard = 5
SL Spanish B = 5
(There are no GPA’s in the IB system)
My ACT grade is not that high, particularly in the area of science:
Composite: 29
English: 30
Maths: 28
Reading: 31
Science: 25
My TOEFL’s are:
Reading: 27
Listening: 30
Speaking: 30
Writing: 26
Total: 113
Some additional info, I was both Student Council and a MUN delegate for three consecutive years.
I was the captain of the Varsity badminton team.
I also want to get into Film or Business in uni, I have shot 2 short films which both have won accolades.
Are there any chances for NYU, USC, BU, UCD for the US and McGill, UoT and UBC for Canada? If the chances are low, what unis should I look into? Many thanks in advance
