I know it’s a top 50 school but my counselor recommended me to apply to a few reaches.
Rundown of my stats (Yes I know they are not normal CC stats)
GPA: 3.97
I don’t have any AP classes but that’s because I’m doing a dual enrollment program where I go to a college full time both for high school graduation and for my AA degree (which I will get before I graduate high school) Also I have taken hard classes like Calculus and engineering physics and I have a 3.95 college GPA
ACT: 27 Composite E: 31 M: 28 R: 23 S: 26 (Going to try to retake for a 28 or 29 since I averaged a 32 on the math section during practice tests but I have to focus on writing my essay and work and cross country so I won’t have too much time to study.I already studied for 3 months and got from a 24 to a 27).
I am a senior this year so I am super worried about colleges

It’s definitely a safety for you. I wouldn’t worry at all.
A safety? It’s in the top 50
Your GPA is very high, and with all of those extra curriculars it really shouldn’t be an issue. Your only potential weakness is your ACT, where you are just average. You have a very high chance of admittance. Just because a school is in the top 50 doesn’t necessarily mean that it will be tough to get in.
Might I ask what state you’re applying from?
Washington
You should be fine. I think that if you raised your act, you could perhaps get into an even better school
If I raised it to a 29 what better schools would I get in to?
Probably Boston University, which having toured both, is by far a superior school.
Don’t judge by ranking, but by the stats of accepted/enrolled students. Look up the Common Data Set for each school. Your GPA is obviously very high, and your ACT is within the middle 50% of Penn State freshmen. So, I’d say it’s a match or safety.
