don’t be worried, there are no guarantees, but you should have great success in the college admissions process with stats like that

good luck with everything

Okay, I’m a Princeton 2012 admit, and frankly, I wish I’d had had the scores you did. Those are pretty darn nice. Now for the rest of the stuff, you seem to be mostly an academic person, which has its benefits and drawbacks. Typically, colleges like Pton and Harvard don’t like mainly academic-only students, but seeing your success in that area, I’d say you’ve dealt with that pretty well. Gotten any awards at tennis? I’d brag about those on the application. competitions, tournies, etc. just to help you stick out.

Frankly, you’ve got a nice shot at it, use the essays and the interview to bring it home. Not to put pressure on you, but those essays REALLY count. Hope to be seeing you in a couple of years on campus.

I’m a princeton 2012 kid too. everything looks great, all I would say is make sure your essays don’t let you down!

i’m a P 2012 admit and i would love to read your essay!

I wouldn’t even try if I were you. Have you considered Broward Community College?

I don’t understand some of these “chance me” threads. Other than one ‘4’ on an AP there is not a single negative aspect of this profile. Obviously the OP is obscenely qualified for admission to Princeton and anywhere else. Whether he, or anyone else who is well qualified, gets admitted is a crapshoot.

Tebow, you’re obviously a bright guy and you know this. So why do you post this question? Your qualifications and your writing make it clear that you are not insecure and are no shrinking violet. Are you looking for accolades or reinforcement?

GWswim42’s response is completely appropriate and reflects how silly this is. If he wanted to take it further he might have added that without either a Pulitzer for your book or a Nobel for your relief work in Chennai, your chances are remote. But that would just belabor the point.

“i’d appreciate it if any big posters or princeton 2012 acceptees could chance me”

so my opinion isnt as good. aw shucks

A four on an AP is a negative?
I would think at worst it’s sort of neutral.
We might as well call the 790 subject test a negative.

the difference between a 4 and a 5 is 20% of the scale, while that between a 790 and a 800 is a measly 1.25%. that is obviously a simplistic comparison, but you get the idea.

i see myself in you. replace indian with chinese. i am a waitlist-admit to princeton '12. hopefully you won’t have the agony of a delayed decision.
