There is a very good chance you will get in all of them, but you will need to be careful of your choice of major.
TCNJ requires you to choose your major when you apply and some majors fill up fast. Biology is notorious.
Rowan is the same, but isn’t known for capping like TCNJ.
I’m not sure about Delaware.
Engineering is competitive everywhere.
