I’m an incoming sophomore in high school and I want to know if it’s possible for me to receive a tuition waiver from MIT at my current rate. I want to major in math and have started learning advanced math at home. I finished Calculus I and II my freshman year and am currently studying Calc III. I’m planning on finishing Topology by the time I’m a senior. Outside of course work, I also participate in many competitions. I received a score of a 4 on the AIME, qualified for the Chicago ARML team and have done well in other not so prestigious competitions. What more will I have to do in order for me to pay nothing for tuition at MIT?
