2.76 freshmen no honors
Sophmore 3.86 2 honors
Junior 3.71 4 AP
Senior taking it next year easy 3.7 3 AP
had some tough things happen in my life
8 ec varsity for 2 sports and JV for soccer
Colleges Georgetown USC UCLA University of Washington UCSD Stanford U of Miami FSU Northwestern San Diego state USNA and U of Texas and there’s some more but I know I can get into them
Unless you have incredible extracurriculars/sports performance and a great standardized test score, I wouldn’t even consider applying to Stanford and Northwestern(but honestly, shoot for it man, there’s always that chance 
). Personally, I think you definitely have a solid chance for the UC’s, but they have a completely different GPA system, so use this calculator to see where you stand statistically (works with every school too):

Unfortunately, I’m really not as familiar with the other schools, and your chances for getting in heavily can depend on your essay, other extracurriculars, and even those tough things you brought up. Hope this was of any help.

Stanford, no. Georgetown, no. Northwestern, no. USNA, probably not. UCLA, no.
SDSU would be a safety. A solid chance at UCSD and USC. A good chance at UCLA but could go either way. Unfamilar with the rest. Stanford a definite no unless a recruited athlete. I would broaden your college list to some more UC’s if in-state. Also look at affordability for any OOS schools.
