Chances for SUNY New Paltz?

<p>I attend Long Island Lutheran middle and high School (LUHI). Its a private Lutheran school and tuition is around $11,000 a year.
GPA: 3.5 unweighted (91)
SAT: Math and Critical reading- 1010 (I am not good for sitting still and taking long tests)
Some Extracurriculars. Nothing to amazing.</p>

<p>Does going to a private school help me? </p>

<p>I dont know much but I am pretty sure SUNY New Paltz is not too competitive. I would say you have a very good chance.</p>
