<p>We can’t do chances for graduate programs, since there is so much more that goes into them than undergrad degrees. It’s not only your stats but your research experience, which kinds of programs you are going for (professional or research), your fit with the department (less important for MA/MS programs and professional programs), and who else you are competing with.</p>
<p>But a 3.4 and a 170 quant won’t keep you out, so you should apply.</p>
