Chances for Top Schools?

I am multiracial senior from South Dakota. Could someone please tell me my chances with these statistics?

Class rank - 1/306
GPA - 4.23
ACT -32 (may retake to improve reading and science sections)

AP TESTS

AP BIOLOGY - 5
AP US HISTORY - 5
AP EURO -5

Will take AP English Lit, AP English Language, AP Calc BC, AP Spanish Language, maybe AP Chemistry

Extracurricular (pretty weak area) and Awards
A few poetry and writing awards
National Forensics League - Distinction Level
A few LD debate awards from local tournaments
National Honors Society - maybe Nucleus of group
Spanish National Honors Society - Nucleus
Art - watercolor - showcased locally - done for six years
Meistersingers (top choral group at our school)
Humane Society volunteer work
Local Nursing home volunteer work
Science Club
AP Scholar (now, but later maybe with distinction)

Some colleges I am considering:

Harvard
Maybe UMKC 6 year ba/md program
Yale
Washington U. in St. Louis
Johns Hopkins

Do you think these are possible with my background?

Thanks.

Yale and Harvard are probably out of your reach if only because you aren’t a compelling applicant.

Being from South Dakota will help though.

Is there any chance of becoming a compelling applicant, for instance, if raising ACT to 34, becoming a national qualifier in debate joining Mensa, etc? Any suggestions would be helpful

Also, would I have a good chance with these statistics at Johns Hopkins with early decision, or am I being idealistic?

You need something that everyone else doesn’t have.

National qualifier in debate is okay but it’s not AMAZING.

Joining mensa is kinda silly imo.

It might help if you elaborated on your multi-ethnicity. Native American? Hispanic?
