I go to a competitive school in NY and am applying to both Tufts and UVA in the fall. GPA is 97-98 W on a 100 scale, and my first ACT was a 33 (I’m still waiting to hear back on my retake, but I’m hoping to superscore a 34 or 35). I participate in a lot of different extracurriculars and I am going to study medicine in college. I heard it’s a lot harder to get into UVA for OOS students and both Tufts and UVA are very competitive. What are my chances?
And are there any other schools recommended for medicine/neuroscience I could apply to?
