UCI, UCSB, UCSD, and SDSU I’m applying as a CS major
USC not sure between Viterbi School of Engineering/Marshall yet
UCLA Electrical Engineering
UCB L&S Undecided
Northwestern Computer Engineering/Computer Science
Stanford/Mich/Harvard not sure yet

I’m a high school senior.

Your stats look great, but your ec’s don’t show much passion in your major. If you do have a passion for your major (or something entirely different), make sure to mention it in your apps somewhere (maybe in your essays).

SDSU, UCI, UCSB - low to mid safety
USC, UCLA, UCB, UMich - mid to high match
Northwestern, Stanford, Harvard - reach (this is true for everyone)

Good luck!

@nuimancel yeah I’m going to have to spin my extracurriculars to make it look like I was more involved with my majors

For UMich, your chance depends on LSA or CoE. GPA 3.98 is good and above average, ACT 34 would be at or slightly below 75th percentile. LSA would be a very high match while CoE would be a low reach due to the admission rate for OOS students. Like in CA, Affirmative Act has been banned in admission at Michigan.
