UCSB is my dream school! Please help!
As an international candidate are you aware that the UC’s don’t offer scholarships to OOS nor international candidates? It is a California public schools that is funded by California taxpayers, so priority goes to California residents. Your cost would be $55K per year.
Additionally, your SAT score is not competitive for that school. See the admitted freshman profile.

If you can afford this school and raise your SAT score, you might get a chance to be admitted.
You need to raise your SAT into the 1900+ range for a decent chance at an acceptance. As @aunt bea stated, you will receive no FA to attend, so expect to pay the $55K/year price tag.
