What do you think? Should she take the SAT I again? What are the chances for acceptance?

Possible Major: Italian Studies and/or French Literature, music minor (or major)
SAT I: CR 640 Math 640 Writing 710, 10 essay
SAT II: French 670 still needs to take others
GPA: 3.93 weighted / school does not rank

EC’s: lots of music: years of Piano, Voice, some honors in voice, musical theater leads, church choirs, school choirs, student dance company
Summer study at prestigious, competitive music camp

Summer study abroad in dance
She’ll write a great essay.

“GPA: 3.93 weighted”

Is that school-weighted GPA or UC GPA? If it’s UC GPA (which is usually lower than the academic weighted gpa), she has a pretty good chance. Her SAT I is solid at 1990 is it (didn’t actually calculate it)? If she feels she can do better, why not retake it it make make a difference.

I really don’t think UC’s place much weight on SAT II’s (personal experience), so don’t worry too much in that area. Therefore her biggest concern would be her GPA, assuming it’s her academically-weighted GPA (which, at my school, was very lenient).
