I know that UT Austin bases a lot of their decisions on class rank, but I am in the top 12% (although my class only has 180 students). I wanted to know what kind of chance I have in getting in.
I got a 1500/1600 on my SAT 19/24 on writing
I have taken 6 AP courses and am currently taking 5
I am in BETA club and NHS. I was also previously in HOSA.
I have done an internship at the Texas Heart Institute in the Texas Medical Center during the summer.
I have done a research program at Rice University during the summer.
I am currently training to become a certified phlebotomist.
I have done numerous community service houses amounting to about 350 hours.
I am bilingual in Farsi and English.
My brother is currently a freshman at UT Austin.
