Starting a tutoring program for my local middle school to focus on math/reading end-of-course examinations

My essays are going to focus on my passion for teaching others and my love of just learning for the sake of learning. My passion lies in helping those less fortunate than I am academically, hence all of my tutoring programs. My teacher recommendations will reflect this as well. </p>
<p>Miscellaneous
I am from a single-parent home (mother only; father is deceased). I have three other siblings. My EFC will be zero. I have looked into Questbridge already, but I don’t think my SAT scores will even put me in the running for their schools. I am going to try really hard this summer to prep for the SAT to raise the score, because I know it does not reflect my true abilities as a writer and a student. Also, could you guys recommend some schools given my stats?</p>
