<p>I think you’vre been aiming very low. If I knew better, that file would be competitive for the “reach-for-anyone” schools… try Rice for a reach.</p>

Like, seriously. where’s your confidence? if you don’t believe me, there’s some websites online where you can check your stats into a calculator, and see what schools you’re likely to get into…
you should consider, according to me.

  1. stanford
  2. columbia
  3. dartmouth
  4. UPENN
  5. harvard
  6. yale
  7. any other school you want to.</p>

<p>These three schools would be safeties for people with 3.4/1700; UT-Austin should be a safety for you if you think staying in-state is a good idea.</p>

<p>WV accepts 90 percent of its applicants.</p>

<p>I dont think I did good enough on my SATs or my ACT to get into Rice or Vanderbilt let alone Harvard</p>

<p>No offence to OP but I looked at your other posts and you seem to be quite college savvy. You also seem to like to kid around with other CC’ers. I am looking at this in the same light and I assume you know where to apply to and are kidding.</p>

<p>If you apply to any private schools, your letters of rec and essays will get you rejected. You have zero class.</p>

<p>I put the 3.4/1700 line since no one is rejected beyond that at all three. But the real safety line is much, much lower, 3.0/1450, where rejections are caused by poor filing of applications between these two safety lines.</p>
