What are my Chances at Harvard??

IB Theory Of Knowledge is not considered to be an IB subject-it’s a requirement for your diploma. Don’t list it as a subject, it’s misleading. PIB classes would not qualify as hefty as IB courses, but your IB classes are good.
Question: how will you get an IB diploma with only 5 IB courses?? It’s perplexing. Are you going for a certificate instead of the full diploma?

I count 13 courses…

I think debate_addict overlooked his past classes.

It is a bit early to tell without all your grades and SAT scores

it is probably worth a try, but check out Dartmouth if you are spending your summer there…

I’m going to Notre Dame AAS too! sorry i’m excited but you’re the only other person I’ve seen that’s going.

what grade will you be in next year ( fall 2007)?

either you get in or not… if we said you got no shot, would you sitll try to apply?

You have a pretty good chance at Harvard. Your class rank is very good. The SAT score as it is now is below average but if you get the score you expect then it will be fine. Of course, being an African-American from the South probably puts you over the top. Good luck!
