<p>Hmm…It’s great that you were so involved in the Columbia University journalism program, and are so passionate about the subject, but make sure you appear well-rounded on your application. Again, it’s wonderful to see such dedication, but at the same time, it kind of makes people wonder if you have any other passions/interests/hobbies. Perhaps try doing other types of writing (in addition ot journalism) and taking on other types of hobbies. Do you have any sports/music skills/etc. that you’re interested in?</p>
