NYU - Match/High Match
Fordham - Safety
Princeton - Reach
GW - Low Match/Safety
American - Low Match/Safety

What would you write your essays about?

princeton is not happening.

^Um… I disagree, sir/madam…
The 32 ACT score might hold you back a bit in admissions, but it’s still a fantastic score, and all your other creds are superb :)

Thanks everyone! My personal statement is about my passion for girls’ education and what I’ve done to pursue it as a career option. I’m having my uncle, who is in admissions at KU, read it, so I’m not too worried about that.

Fordham: Match
NYU: High Match
Princeton: Low Reach. Because Princeton.

Chance me? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1577108-chances-so-far-ee-high-school-junior.html

You are an excellent candidate at all schools except princeton, only because almost all applicants to princeton are excellent candidates, making excellence appear to be the norm. That doesn’t mean you don’t have a shot, though! Your scores aren’t to the point where they would disregard you, so rock your essays and know you’ve done your best.

I was just accepted to Fordham!

Adeilaidekc, Congrats on Fordham! That’s awesome! Now, I would like to say that while your SAT/ACT are a bit under the norm for Princeton (because it’s an ivy), your credentials would be low/high matches for all your other schools Good luck!

Chance me back?

match for American… but be careful, they tend to deny a lot of people who are overqualified, whom they believe are just using their school as a safety school
