Chances of acceptance???

<p>I would like to go to Cornell U., Emory U., Duke U., or any other major university… My problem is standardized test… I am a 4.044/W and 3.99UW, I’ve taken AP chem as a sophmore, AP world History and I plan on taking all IB classes Junior and Senior year.

<p>9th grade</p>

<p>• Volunteer at a hospital
 I volunteered 87:00 hours at Grady hospital. Some of my duties as a teen volunteer were to run errands to the pharmacy and help patients with basic needs (e.g. bringing lunch, water and more). </p>

<p>• Fernbank Science Program
 The Scientific Tools and Techniques Program (STT) is a semester-long course designed to familiarize students with the tools and techniques of scientific inquiry. STT students practice problem-solving skills utilizing a fully integrated science curriculum. Through laboratory and field work, students explore all aspects of science, gaining a better understanding and a greater appreciation for the scientific process.

<p>• Hot Days at Tech Camp (Georgia Tech)
 The H.O.T. Days @ Georgia Tech camp is a one-week-long summer program designed to introduce students to electrical and computer engineering (ECE) concepts. The goal of the program is to instill an interest in ECE and increase the number of high school graduates majoring in this field. </p>

<p> Camp attendees participate in a wide variety of hands-on activities and projects, including building a computer, working with robots, using music synthesis technology, building simple digital logic circuits, constructing a speaker from common household parts, and tours of various research labs. ECE faculty and researchers design and teach the activities and are assisted by ECE undergraduate and graduate students.</p>

<p>10th Grade </p>

<p>• Volunteer at a hospital
 I Volunteered 52:00 Hours. My daily task involved me assisting nurses with any paper work; I also transported patients to different parts to the hospital.</p>

<p>• Leadership Team
 As a member of the leadership team I am responsible for organizing school events, giving tours to visitors and tutoring other students.</p>

<p>• NHS (National Honors Society)
 NHS is a prestigious club for students with a grade point average of 3.7 or higher. Members of this club participate in monthly service projects and tutor students at least twice a semester.</p>
