I graduated from SUNY Oswego majoring in Psychology and I minored in Cognitive Science. I graduated Cum Laude with a 3.48 GPA. I received a C+ in one of my psych classes (Biopsych) and all my other grades in my Psychology and Cognitive science courses were mainly A’s or a B+.
I have two counseling internships on my resume, a job as an overnight counselor at a home for the mentally ill, as well as a teachers assistant position for a psychology class my final semester in college (as well as other work experience). I was also in Psi Chi: International Honors Society of Psychology.
The only thing is, my GRE scores were not great. My verbal reasoning was a 150 and my math was a 145.
I’m applying for their masters program in General Psychology.
I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on what my chances of acceptance are.
