<p>I did not mean to suggest that the Common Data Set is reflective of 2016. However, I am correct in that the data on the sight, that Lefty1 linked to, does say the stats are for out of state. I copied and pasted in my previous post right from the sight. IF you click on the tab that says Number of new freshman, and scroll to the oos student section…It says the following data (referring to the Grade point average section) is only for OOS students.
It also says that the ACT does not reflect just the ACT average, rather they translate SAT scores to ACT. They also reflect superscoring in these numbers, and then they translate the superscore to ACT… </p>

The 2011 common Data Set says the range of ACT 25%-75% is 25-29. I assume this means that 27 or so is really the 50 percentile…</p>
