<p>I’m a freshman at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, I’m taking 16 credits this semester and have A’s in all of my classes (Elementary Chinese, General Chemistry, Writing, and Pre Calc). I want to transfer to the University of Pittsburgh to pursue a Chinese degree (and Japanese minor), and to continue taking pre-med classes. I plan on taking the ACT in December to have a better showing on my standardized tests (only got a 1680/2400 on the SAT). I didn’t get the best grades in high school (only a 3.3 GPA), but I really think my performance so far in college and my (hopefully) improved standardized test scores can show that I’m capable of being a great college student at Pitt. If anyone could tell me my chances of getting accepted into Pitt as a freshman transfer with these stats, I’d really appreciate it.
