chances of being accepted as a junior transfer

<p>i’m an econ and rhetoric double major at UC Berkeley looking to transfer to Columbia. would someone tell me what are my chances of getting in. thx!
GPA:3.4
Activities:
Undergraduate Econ association
Gamma Phi Beta sorority </p>

<p>my high school standardized testing scores:
SAT:2150
ACT:32 </p>

<p>i know that Columbia says that they would advise their applicants to have a min GPA of 3.5 but would they take into consideration the rigor of the current school you’re attending?</p>
