Chances of being admitted to TAMU

My name is Lizeth and I am ranked 25/192 which is roughly top 13% of my class with a gpa of 3.8 on a 4.0 scale and a 4.39 high school gpa. But my SAT/ACT are pretty low I have a 1150 on the New SAT and a sad 20 on the ACT.

I volunteer at school functions for NHS and also have 45+ church related volunteer hours

I want to major in Kinesiology and or Forensic Science.

I grew interest in TAMU through a college tour in which the top 50 of our class were invited to and through college fairs.

What are my chances?

Are you a senior. The cutoff date to apply for Fall 2017 was 12/1/16.

Yes and I’ve already applied before the cutoff date. I just want to know what my chances are.

Look at the left hand side of this page and click on the Colleges and Universities tab. Follow it to the Texas A&M forum and ask your question their. You can compare your stats to others who have been admitted. I personally like your chances. Goodluck to you.
