<p>I’m a student studying in India under the CBSE curriculum,currently in the 12th grade. I have given my SATs and I’ll be giving them again in October.
SAT 1 :
CR - 640
Writing - 640
Math - 690
Total - 1970</p>

<p>SAT 2 :
Math - 800
Physics - 710</p>

<p>Toefl - 106
APs
Comp Science A - 4
Physics Mechanics -3</p>

<p>ECs
Participated in various MUNs and assemblies in my school
Chosen to attend Junior Achievers by school
Knowledge about JAVA and C++ in depth
A few Olympiads and competitions which I have qualified for national Level.

Scientifica
These are a few of them.
96.1% in my 10th Board exams,
but suffered really badly in 11th, where I received a 65% in the finals.
I’ll be working really hard for my 12th.
Other than that, I play drums.
Worked for 4 NGOs, over a period of 6 months.
What are My chances of Getting into Georgia Tech, or UCLA or UCB ?

I’m new out here and just wanted to know the difference between a “match” and a “reach” and what do they exactly mean Also, does “low reach” mean better chances than “mid reach” ?

<p>Just out of curiosity, are you from Andhra Pradesh?</p>

<p>I think you would normally have a match - low to mid reach chance for all these schools if you lived in America. Your international status might make things difficult for you since you will be on stricter admission’s requirements (especially at U.C. Berkeley and U.C.L.A).</p>

<p>No… I’m not from Andhra Pradesh… I’m from Mumbai, Maharashtra.
And, Yeah… thanks … I’m aware of that… and therefore was getting tensed :(</p>
