<p>If you apply as early as possible, I believe you have a shot at both. While I am not a professional, I did apply to both schools after graduating two years ago and was accepted by USF and deferred from FSU.</p>
<p>FSU had an issue with my SAT scores (I was lacking in the math department). Your higher SAT score and your extra curricular activities give you a fighting chance at FSU. </p>
<p>I’d go as far as to say USF is more like your safety school.</p>
<p>I know this is just opinion and I have only experience to back this up but I hope this helps.</p>
