Chances of getting in Brown PLME? Or USC on scholarship?

Hi there!
I was wondering what you guys think my chances are of me getting into PLME at Brown (a dream/reach for a reason). I live in Socal though so I’d also like input on USC on scholarship? Any advice is appreciated, thank you!

Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 4.0
Weight GPA: 4.4 ish? (sorry)
Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): Top 5% out of class of 600
AP (place score in parenthesis): Bio (5); Euro (4); Calc AB (5); US History (5); Calc BC (5); AP Art History (5); Chem (5); AP Studio Art (5)
Senior Year Course Load: AP English Language, AP Stats, AP Phys C, Intro to Comp Sci, Studio Art (Recessing but I love art), Online Civics/Economics

Volunteer/Community service: 200+ hours; some in tutoring, coaching kids in tactical games, general volunteer events, and a mission trip to China

I didn’t even read your stats–I assume they are extraordinary if you are applying PLME. And that you have some exposure, EC or volunteering in a medical setting. No one can tell you PLME chances. No one, as they only offered 100 spots to 2886 applicants last year. So I guess you are just posting for fun, discussion with other HS kids. I will leave you to it.

For USC, NMF get 1/2 tuition automatically if they name USC as top choice. That is guaranteed $24k so you have that if you get the acceptance. The other large scholarships are just too hard to chance. I know a student accepted to Brown last year who did not get offered those scholarships and was URM of the very highest stats 12350/800/800.
