Admission to UVA for international students is tough, particularly from countries like India and China. Your scores don’t particularly stand out and your grades are meaningless out of context. How do you compare to your classmates? Where do people with your grades typically go to college?

UVA has a very good law school (top 10), but applying there is separate from applying to UVA as an undergraduate. The earliest you would apply is your fourth year. Law schools - particularly competitive ones like UVA’s - require very strong verbal skills and a strong command of english - something you clearly need to work on. Being an engineering major as an undergraduate won’t do you any favors, either, unless you want to sit for the patent bar.
