Chances of getting into 2nd tier/lower tier ivies?

Hi I’m a junior in highschool, mediocre grades coupled with asian parents have me super stressed.

3.8 GPA (5 Honors Freshman year, 1 AP 5 Honors Sophomore, 4 AP Junior, planning on taking 6 AP + Calc 3 at University during senior year)
2150 Sat (204 psat, no natoinal merit)
720 Subject Test USH and Bio, 800 for Math 2
34 Act
Captain of Quizbowl Team Freshman Year
Co-President of Calc Club, Global Issues, and Youth Volunteer Program
Member of Dance Team, Ping Pong Team
National Honor Society
200+ Volunteer Service Hours
Attended Chinese Language School for 8 Years

-Note, I only took the SAT, ACT, and Subject Tests once each. Also, father is alum at UNC, brother attended UIUC and Michigan

What are my chances of getting into these schools?
I know the first 6 may be stretching my chances, but what about Ann Arbor, UNC, and UIUC?

WashU
Upenn
Northwestern
Cornell
Vanderbilt
Carnegie Mellon
Chapel Hill
Ann Arbor
UIUC
Georgetown
Georgia Tech

Upenn, Northwestern, Cornell- Reach
Vanderbilt, WashU, Georgetown- Low Reach/High Match
Carnegie Mellon, UNC, Ann Arbor- Match
I don’t know too much about the rest of the schools on your list but Georgia Tech is probably a low match, you have a decent shot at Michigan and North Carolina but I wouldn’t get too confident. Good luck though!
Please chance me if you can!

Use your ACT score for application if you are not retaking either test. It is equivalent to 2200+ in SAT. I agree with silogram mostly, except for Northwestern. I think that would be a high match for you if you use ACT score for application. UIUC should be a match/low match for you.

Lol, you think those schools are second-tier?

If there are 100 tiers, those may be second tier. ;-)
