Chances of getting into AEM

Hi, I just applied to the AEM program for Spring of 2007 at Cornell CALS. I have not done the required Bio 1 or 2 but have done everything else and will be “over creditted”, in regards to credit hours, if I was to be accepted. I am a finance and economics major at the University of Miami with a 3.65 GPA and am involved with many of the business organizations and volunteer groups at the “U”. I jsut have two questions.

What are my chances of getting in for the Spring

How many applicants does Cornell AEM get for transfer in sping?

Thanks and good luck in your college endeavours!

Whats up- Im applying for a cornell transfer from UMiami too.
I'm going to try to get into the enigneering school- so we wont be in competition though lol.

I don't think you'll find the answer to your questions anywhere suncorp. CALS has an overall transfer rate of 50%, but AEM is the most impacted major (I believe). The freshman acceptance rate is 16%...don't expect it to deviate much, so it's going to be tough.

I am in the same boat as you...applying to AEM as a transfer. Good luck! All we can do is apply.
