Chances of getting into Cal Poly, Penn State, Virginia Tech?

So I am a highschool junior, going to school in one of the best schools in Colombia (the country), even though I am a US citizen, my parent has a job at the Embassy. My GPA is around a 3.8, I have several AP courses, and am wanting to study architecture. I have many art classes including studio art, graphic design, pre-AP art, and next year I will be taking AP art. Living in Colombia I have learned Spanish, and am now learning Arabic. This summer and the next I will be taking an internship at the US Embassy in an architecture-related position (which will give me a letter of recommendation from the ambassador). Regarding volunteer hours, I have around 90, and am expecting many more due to a program with my local program (100+ hours). With extra-curricular activities, I got my Varsity letter in football before I moved her, and then went to olympic weightlifting where I became the first non–Colombian to participate in the natiNatonal Youth Championships. After doing that for 2 years I got into rugby, where I compete for a3 for a cub in the city.My SAT is an 1170, but have another in May, and I also have the ACT, (where I have average a 27).
So do these colleges take into consideration all of the extra things I will/ have done? What are my chances?

Cal Poly admits by major so your intended major can make a huge difference on your chances. Majors such as ME/CS have less than 10% acceptance rates while some Agricultural majors have 90% acceptance rates.

What is your intended major?

Naviance has the SAT around 1400 so you will need to improve there. Also where are you with getting together a portfolio?

@Gumbymom Architecture

@qclabrat In my pre-AP and AP art class that is basically all we are working on

For Cal Poly SLO, Here is the Freshman profile 2017. 2018 stats should be out by summer and expect them to be slightly higher.

Architecture & Environmental Design:
Applied: 2,104

Admitted: 867

Average CP GPA: 3.99

Average ACT: 29
Average SAT: 1366

@gumbymom so if I don’t raise my scores up to those levels, will my extra cirriculars/ experience matter?

EC’s are not listed on the Cal Poly SLO application. You only indicate the hours/week for the EC’s and if any were major related along with any major related jobs. EC’s make up only a very small portion of the Cal Poly Application. GPA/test scores and HS course rigor will be the most important basis for admission.
