I know my GPA is kind of low, but I do have minor ADHD and I had a bad freshman year (my grades have been steadily improving since then).

Instate resident of which state? Indiana?
UW GPA is too low for Berkeley. The UCs don’t superscore.
As an OOS resident for California, you will receive very little to no funding towards the fees of $55k per year.

Stanford won’t be doable. It is very selective and is a reach for everyone.
Stick to your instate options.

GPA is a bit low, but not TOO low. Duke ED is a reach, cornell and berkeley are high matches/low reaches, you can definitely get into mich if you write a somewhat good essay, purdue is a shoe in for you

GPA is low for all those schools except Purdue. Light ECs. Aim lower.

I should mention I live in Illinois, and my ECs are low because I devote tons of time to them and have been doing so since freshman year and prior.
