-4.1 unweighted (by the end of my junior year I am projecting it to be around 4.3)
-3.9 weighted
-Attend a Regional Governor’s School for STEM (takes place at GMU and inside their labs at one of their graduate campuses)
-Varsity Sports (Football, I hope to do Winter Track next year)
-Robotics (Have qualified for VEX World Championship in the past)
-School project is in the process of receiving a patent
-Also participated in lab research for a semester-long project during the school year
-WetLab experience
-Accepted to participate in an internship to research with a BioChem professor and his graduate students at GMU all summer. (800 students both HS and College applied and 60 were accepted…some from Cornell, Princeton, UVA, William & Mary, etc.)

The first time I took my SAT, I got a 1700 flat and had no chance at the schools I wanted to go to. I just retook the SAT and I got a 630R, 630W, & 690M for a 1950 total. I plan on taking the ACT in October as well, I hope to do better on that test. Though, are my chances of getting into the schools I’m looking at increased significantly or is a 1950 still too low to get in?

Wake Forest is test optional.

A 1950 is way to low for all of those schools except, UMD,Wake Forest and VTech. Those other schools need to be taken out of the equation unless you can score much higher.
