I want to get into stern, but is it possible??
Any school you might recommend?
Any suggestions or advice??

Thanks

You’re lucky you go to Stuyvesant because as you probably know your school is pretty much a pipeline for kids to get into NYU, especially Stern and engineering.

It will probably be a reach at this point, especially if you do go through with business and apply to Stern. Most importantly, try and do well junior year because a good year could salvage your high school grades. Next, try and get that SAT score up. Use books, study, and prepare well in advance. Math scores are most important to Stern, but make sure to do well in critical reading and writing.

That founder of the company thing sounds pretty interesting since it involves Howard Wexler and Pam. You should try and leverage that in an essay or extracurricular activity sheet.

In terms of recommendations for other schools, it really depends on what you want to study and whether you want big National Universities or Liberal Arts Colleges. If you still find you want to do business, with those scores I would recommend for National Universities something like:

NYU Stern, Emory, Wash U (on the reach side), Boston College, Georgetown, Wake Forest, Carnegie Mellon (on the more realistic side) or Indiana or Penn State for safeties (both very underrated business schools). It really depends on how you do junior year though so don’t pencil this list in for reaches/targets/safeties.

There’s so many factors involved when deciding on where to apply to college. It really depends on how far you want to go, if money is an issue, what type of environment you want (campus/city), and whether you are keen on getting certain internship opportunities. You’re only a sophomore so you have some time, but doing some research would give you a better idea as to where you really want to go.
