Chances of getting into NYU?

I’ve taken the March SAT and got these scores:

CR: 680
Math: 700
Writing: 720
Altogether: 2100

My GPA is 3.9 weighted. Not sure about unweighted. The thing about my school is that it’s a small private school with not much funding, aka not much extracurricular. I’ve done many things outside of school (volunteering at summer camps, a clinic, working at a tutoring center in another country, teaching kids at Sunday school) so I just wanted to know, what are my chances of getting into NYU? Out of all the colleges I’ve seen, it’s appealed to me the most. Would writing a better essay/personal statement give me a better chance of getting in? I’m taking the SAT again in November of this year to boost up my scores, hopefully. Thanks!
