Yale and Princeton would be reaches unless you are being recruited. UMich would be a match if you are in-state and apply EA. Otherwise it might be a bit reachy. I know a kid who applied this year RD, was OOS, had an ever so slightly better resume than you, and was waitlisted.

UMich (instate) - match
UMich (out of state) - high match
Yale - reach
Princeton - reach

honestly, if you’re not looking for fantastic ECs because its “too late” then that may not reflect well on you in the app. They want to see what you plan to do as well. and there are a lot of fantastic opportunities for business that aren’t school-related that will help you stand out and show colleges that you didn’t do them all for college apps and are seriously interested in business :D

because if you are applying to really selective schools, they will evaluate students across the country, many of whom have extracurriculars like yours. so you’ll have to stand out somehow :)

Ross at UMich is very competitive. You probably would not get pre-admitted, but you should be a match for LSA. You may try to get in as sophomore although it is still very competitive.
