Chances of getting into UCLA or UC Berkeley

I am a junior, midway through the 2nd semester, and i if I have a shot of getting into ucla or uc berkeley.

GPA UW: right now 3.375 (will probably be 3.45 after junior year)
GPA W: rn 4.45 (will be 4.6 after junior year)
ACT: 32

SAT Chemistry: 750
SAT Math II: 800

90 hours of volunteer at food bank
2 week internship
NEHS member
NHS member
3 years of varsity orchestra
BEST Robotics for 2 years. Went to state last year
