My DS is a second year CCC honors student. He just submitted his application for the fall of 2025. What are his chances of him getting in to UCLA or CAL? He says he doesn’t want to go anywhere else so I am anxious for him to get accepted. From the UC transfer website it says the chances are 26% as a transfer to UCLA or UCB.

Chances of getting into UCLA or UCB? [junior transfer, 4.0 college GPA, anthropology or linguistics]
Transfers by major | University of California says that for fall 2023 transfer admission (GPA range is 25th-75th percentile):

Thanks! That’s better than 26%!
To be clear, was this the UCLA TAP program? It is described at UCLA Transfer Alliance Program | UCLA Undergraduate Admission From what I’ve read historically it’s had an admit rate of 65% or better.
Berkeley also has a TAP program but it is not geared to all-comers the way UCLA’s is. See TAP | Center for Educational Partnerships
Yes, he is completing the UCLA TAP program through his CCC. Thank you!
